Surprisingly, I found no online electronic text for Sheckley's "The Monsters" - but listed below is the New York Review of Books' anthology Store of the Worlds, edited by Alex Abramovich and Jonathan Lethem. Needless to say, Jonathan Lethem knows his stuff, and "The Monsters" opens the collection.
