Every school year leaves us with a list of little things that drive us crazy. Overflowing trash cans. Students showing up late. Having to flip a dozen light switches every morning.
Instead of complaining about those problems next year, I'm spending part of my summer asking one simple question:
What system can I build so this problem never happens again?
In this video, I share a few of the classroom changes I'm making before students even walk through the door. Sometimes the biggest improvements don't come from working harder—they come from designing better systems.
