Big things are coming on the channel. I got a small business improvement fund (SBIF) grant from the city of Chicago. The grant is going to be used to renovate the first floor commercial space, and build out an art and furniture gallery. We'll go through all the plans for this renovation project. I'm also starting the search for my next property purchase, and share my thoughts on the property I'm looking for.
