This is the cheapest, easiest way to make a Batman or Batwoman cowl or mask for cosplay, using craft foam and craft glue. This cowl shape is based on the CW Batwoman show's design. The approximate total cost (including painting and the strap) is about takes 2-3 sheets of foam for a size Small, or 4-6 sheets for a size Large.
