The center of our Milky Way Galaxy has been found to be sweet, sugary sweet. Scientists have discovered in the Galactic Center what is called Erythrulose, the kind of sugar found in raspberries on Earth. A paper published in Nature Astronomy says that Erythrulose, which is a four-carbon sugar, appears to be at least eight times more abundant than analogous three-carbon sugars.
