I agree with the author - It seems to me that maybe this "natural concrete" is an excuse, used to hide the existence of the incredible buildings the parasite inheritors FOUND when they swept through the continent in the latter half of the 19th century (the 1850s+), after the worldwide cataclysm/"mudflood" in the 1840s.
