The showcase endscreen is wrong, I spent more like 460 hours on this.
After all these months... here it finally is. A project I started over a year ago when I was still working on Jam Factory, and started seriously working on around 7 months ago. This level and the Creator Logs I made for it easily add up to well over 500 hours of work. Hope to break that personal record in the future. One day I hope to hit 1,000 on a project. That could be in this game or just in game dev in general.
Anyway this has been my passion project. I've found so much joy in crafting an immersive world like this, and I hope to continue making experiences for people that can really sweep them away from everyday life.
If there's one thing I didn't like about making this level, it was the fact that it's an extreme demon. The amount of obsession in perfecting the gameplay in this level has been insane, and the structuring has really limited my creative options. That being said, I think I managed pretty well in the end despite all that. Just don't expect me to make another extreme anytime soon. Expect plenty more cool non-extremes tho.
