This is short promotional film about the town of Cassiar made in 1960.

Cassiar was a town created for the Asbestos mine which operated from 1952 to 1992. Now there is nothing left of the town

Cassiar was located in the northern most Rocky Mountains just a bit west of Highway 37

The film was made by Jack Chisholm
