I read the whole biography this year and could not stop thinking about him. In this one I get into how he manufactured his own luck: obsessing over high-leverage skills before anyone else did, crossing the Alps when every strategist said it was impossible, and eating dinner with his foot soldiers. It looks like luck from the outside. It wasn't.
