The Building 71 Incident is set between 1997-1998 at a university in the south of Brazil. One of its buildings, called "building 71", was forced to close down due to an alleged gas leak. However, despite the closure, there have been numerous reports of suspicious activity going on inside it. One unnamed employee decides to investigate these events and record them all on his VHS recorder
