Question 1: biffed my new bike, clutch cover needs some paint

Just use regular enamel spray paint. Sand off what you put on and start over. Sand to blend the paint. Start with 800, work up to 1500. Use rubbing compound to get the finish close.

Question 2: Will from Ireland. VN750 won’t rev over 3k.
Definitely carb related. Check the CV slide and it’s diaphragm.

Question 3: Gus from Tucson. VN800 sputters at 50mph. Has an aftermarket air filter installed. It probably needs to be jetted.

Question 4: 83’ GS750 has clutch chatter. Inspect the clutch basket fingers, measure them per OEM specs. Also measure tangs on friction disks.
