This video was released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to The Black Vault / John Greenewald, Jr. It was received requesting information for "UFO" information - and without speaking this language, I am unsure what it is exactly. The title of the video on the CD was: UFO PNN LATE NEWS 4 5 15 15488007
It doesn't appear to be a "UFO" video, though I would expect that maybe "UFOs" are mentioned during the broadcast? If anyone can add any information on this, please comment below.
