The complementary Pulsar service and support at the Great British Shooting Show 2024 went down a treat. Both the feedback at the show and since has been so overwhelming we had to share it: It's yet another demonstration of why more people in the UK continue to rely on Pulsar and Thomas Jacks than any other brand.
If you missed BSS 2024 don't worry, because every Pulsar product is backed by a manufacturer 3 year warranty (1 year for batteries). But at Thomas Jacks we continue to support Pulsar UK customers with non-warranty servicing, repairs and technical support well beyond that, with "HOW TO" guides on our You Tube channel, advice over the phone, and repairs. Of course repairs not covered by warranty (like accidental damage, or a device that's over 3 years old) may be chargeable and parts for older units (over 5 years old) are not always available but as you can see in the video, we'll help where we can.
