The taxi driver, Dan Brolund, who drove Margrethe Thormod and was the last person to see her alive, is found to have connections to another victim and he is brought in for questioning. Suspicion also grows around the Sonning couple when it emerges that Mrs. Sonning knew Margrethe and had competed for the same chairman position. Lillian is reprimanded by her superiors, who want an arrest to be made as soon as possible. Saga has continued to investigate Henrik's missing children but feels she has reached a dead end.
