A full remake of the 1998 original, this version of Star Ocean 2 is the definitive experience. It's got beautifully remade visuals, revamped combat, tons of quality-of-life features, new voice acting with the original cast, a newly arranged soundtrack, and new content like gear, skills, and rebalanced characters. There's a ton here to love, and this was clearly made by a team that adored the original game. If you've never played it, this is the version to try, and you have, this will still act as a pretty new experience due to all the changes. 100% recommended for JRPG fans.
