The Boys just wrapped up it's series finale on Amazon Prime after 5 seasons of Vought taking over the world at the helm of Homelander.

Now that the final episode has aired pitting Butcher, Hughie, and Kimiko against Homelander in the Whitehouse, we know all of Gen V was for nothing. The Godolkin Institute trained Marie Moreau to take down Homelander and after they got drafted into team Starlight it seemed that Marie, Kate, Jordan, Sam and Polarity would team up to stop The Seven but that was not the case.
