While searching the lab, Soldier Boy is lured by Frenchie into confronting Quin, a former comrade mutated by a parasite that’s driving everyone into violent rage. Realizing only Soldier Boy can stop it, Frenchie pushes him to act, and he reluctantly kills Quin—ending the threat and restoring everyone to normal, leaving him shaken with regret.
