Hey guys! Long time no speak :)

I apologise for the lack of uploads. Lately, my inspiration has been running a little dry, plus this year is the time for applications to university, so I'm focusing most of my free time on that :) I had sudden inspiration to edit with this song however, and I've been wanting to do a Painted Lady/Blue Spirit video for a while now, since there aren't enough out there :) I hope you enjoy!

Plot:
(Takes place when Zuko is part of Team Avatar. He still has his alter-ego of the Blue Spirit)

Zuko and Katara are growing increasingly closer since Zuko has joined Team Avatar. However, Aang always seems to get in the way of things. When they are about to kiss, but Aang arrives, it is the last straw for Zuko. He feels all of this emotion built up inside of him, so he decides to pose as the Blue Spirit once more, just to get some alone time and excert his frustration into fighting.

Meanwhile, Katara has been sneaking out discuised as The Painted Lady, to help any fire nation villages in need. The Blue Spirit spies her healing someone, and wants to help. He approaches, but The Painted Lady gets paranoid thinking it's a fire nation soldier, and flees. He pursues, but doesn't catch her.

Meanwhile, the relationship of Zuko and Katara is strained. He keeps snapping at her about Aang, and a big fight breaks out between them, though neither really want to break their relationship. They both go out as their alter egos in the night, and happen upon each other once more. The Painted Lady realises he means no harm, and they plot to destroy a fire nation war factory that terrorises a nearby village. Together, they destroy the machinery and fight the guards, and the factory is left badly damaged. Thry both admire each other's skill, and feeligns of love begin to develop. But when they are running away to escape, one of the guards shoots The Blue Spirit, knocking him out and causing his mask to slip. The Painted Lady goes back for him, takes off the mask, and is shocked to find that it is Zuko. She debates leaving him behind, but eventually takes him with her.

He wakes up on the edge of a forest, dazed, to find The Painted Lady staring at him, deep in thought. He realises how beautiful she is, and is about to say something, when she starts, realises he's awake, and leaves him. Zuko wanders come, dazed and slightly concussed, and his life begins to spiral downwards further. Him and Katara continue to fight, and he has strange lovesick dreams, confused by his love for Katara AND The Painted Lady. Katara continues to fight because she too is confused by her love.

Zuko eventually decides to seek The Painted Lady, and drops his mask once and for all: she's already seen him without it, so what is the point in wearing it? He walks for most of the night, until he spies her up on a cliff, gazing out at the sea. He approaches, and thansk for for saving his live, but notices that she is sad. Katara finally decides to reveal herself, so she removes her hat.

Zuko is at first shocked, and just shakes his head and turns away. Katara thinks that he doesn't share her feelings, and just looks down silently. However, Zuko realises he sort of knew all along that she was The Painted Lady, and apologies for being so jealous of her and Aang. And after that... well, you can decide that for yourselves :)

Sorry for the novel-length plot, I get a bit passionate about storylines sometimes :P Hope it wasn't too difficult to follow :)
