The Blood of Dawnwalker hotfix 1.0.4 patch notes are here. The September 9 update fixes the save blocker plus nine quest blockers, and it ships on console as update 1.005. If a Blood of Dawnwalker quest was stuck or your saves were failing, this is the patch that unblocks you.
