One of the hardest things I've ever had to learn is how to let someone go. Not permanently, but to emotionally comes to terms with not being /the/ person in their life, that they could love someone else just as much or even a bit more than you. It's one of the most terrifying things to me, and I'll admit I'm still not very good at it and get anxious when they talk too much about their significant other.

One thing I learned while processing all the miserable, anxious, lonely feelings of taking a step back and allowing myself to allow someone else to love them is that I was pushing everyone else out in my unyielding blind devotion. At the same time I foolishly believed and wanted them to love me the most no matter what, I wouldn't allow myself to love anyone else beyond a select few. I was limiting myself and not letting myself experience just how awesome and fun it can be to know many people and opening myself up to be known.

This is for Rosie, who has been my dearest friend for many years now and I could never explain just how magnificent and amazing she is.
This is for France and Al and Swift and Karrin and cstar and Miri and all of the old Psychic crew, I had so much fun with you.
This is for Laurin, who is made of awesome and if you don't know her you are seriously missing out.
This is for Milla, who is brilliant and an amazing editor and I just love her.
This is for Mem, who I've only talked to a handful of times but that's okay she's cool anyway.
This is for all of my new Skype friends. (Mizzy and Dex and Raye and Rai and Sofia and Tango and like all of you I know there are a lot more.) (And all the other Skype friends I will make, because goddammit, you all need to message me or if you have my Skype you need to talk to me. Just PM me for my Skype, I'll say yes about 95% of the time.)
