Back when they were a HUGE event, this is the story of THE LAUNCHES of some of the BIGGEST BRITISH TV CHANNELS that our out there! We start with the botched launch of BBC2 in 1964, then the Welsh head start with S4C, following immediately by CHANNEL 4 and its strange early oddities, before the advent of CHANNEL 5, and the eventual launch of ITV2 the following year!
