Yes, you can now finally rename your cringe old email ID to something decent. All you have to do is open your Google account, click “manage your account”, tap on “personal info”, email ID, and click change your email ID. Now enter a new non-cringe Email ID, and you are done.
Now you will get all the emails sent to the older name as well as the new name, so that your old email ID can finally retire, without breaking every account linked to it.
