In 2019, Distinctive Software is by some measures the biggest game developer on the planet. But there's every chance you've never heard of them. If you've reached this video though there's no chance you haven't played one of their games. If you're breathing you've heard of at least one of them.
So how did DSI get from 2 Canadian teenagers to global stardom?
Part 1 follows Don Mattrick and Jeff Sember from their early years working in a computer store to being the trusted leading developer for publishers Accolade and looks at their early games, including one that made an appearance in an all time classic film.
