The Big Fifthunit Jiffy Staycation: From Dylan coming up with the idea for a tour, to actually organising it and then editing it this video has been a long and jiffy processes.
What the video has resulted in is something of a lovechild created by the new generation of Fifthunit (Jamie, Dyl, Eef and Ollie). These boys wanted to finally give back to the parkour community with a long form video that shows just how much fuckin fun pk is and what a family we’ve found within the community.
Along their travels they took with them: Coby Marcus (the American) and Jack Dodds (Fuck Scruffy Boys). Whilst Coby comes from across the world, he somehow fit like a glove into the dynamic of the tour and probably got the boys through some of the rough patches of tour with his endless enthusiasm and vaping habit. Coby also seemed to grow very quickly this summer showing himself to be one of impressive and steeziest athletes within parkour. Dodds was another amazing addition as although we obviously see him as a sworn enemy (fuck scruffy), he is also a close homie and someone the boys look up to a lot for his masterfully steezy movement and creative brain.
The boys visited Leeds, Manchester, Brum, Bristol, Golddiggings Quarry and Plym before celebrating back in Btown with the Jam. Big love to everyone who hosted and came out to train (even when it was shitting it down).
A big thank u is also needed for all the old Donny’s in Fifthunit (e.g. Markus, Harv, Chris and James) and although they’re body’s are gradually failing and their lives are no longer as interesting as ours, the tour boys all wouldn’t have been able to make something like this without these guys putting them in the Fifthunit family and showing them the fun of pk culture.
