Happy 2-year Anniversary John Smith channel!!!
Sorry, folks. I put this on the back burner and never got back to it until now.
I decided to re-release my Genesis series as a “Director’s Cut Trilogy.” I’ve wanted to do it for a while now.
My original Genesis playlist had… a lot of issues. I was just starting out. I didn’t know then what I know now.
More importantly (to me as an artist) my original Genesis series doesn’t “look” much like how the rest of the channel and playlists and videos look now. The John Smith “brand” has remained pretty consistent from the Exodus playlist and beyond. When I started with Genesis I hadn’t created or developed the characters yet: Satan, Lord YHWH, Moses, Gabe and Gabriella Angel, etc...
With this new collection I did my best to clean up the sound issues and mistakes in narration that I made in the original and give this new face lift a consistency with the rest of the series “Brand.” Since most new subs to the channel start with Genesis and work their way up, I wanted to give them a better representation of what the whole channel looks and feels like and what they should expect.
I also tried to give some Easter eggs and new material for all of my current fans!
Genesis! The Book of the Bible that keeps on giving! It’s just like Lord of the Rings! Or Star Wars! No “extended editions” though. I aint George Lucas over here!
