In this video, we will be reading Romans 8:1 through Romans 8:39, and seeing how the Bible DESTROYS Protestantism. There are some Protestants who think that we are "once saved always saved" (a false teaching called "eternal security"). Those Protestants try to use two sections from this chapter to support their false teaching, but it is very clear that the Bible does not say what they want it to say. Another false teaching of the Protestants (though, not as popular), is one used by James White, of Alpha and Omega Ministries, in which he tries (and fails) to use Romans 8 to claim that God's calling needs to be limited to the elect.
The Bible is a Christian book; it is not a Protestant book. Even though Protestants claim to believe in the Bible, they don't actually read the Bible to realize that their Protestant beliefs are contrary to the teachings of the Bible. In this series, we will walk through the Bible, and see how the Bible DESTROYS Protestantism. So grab your Bible and follow along! Let's see how many people we can get to drop the Protestantism, and keep the Christianity!
