It seems that only the DVD's have the full sponsor segments. Another reason to support physical media! (Even though they never continued releasing the series on DVD after season 5...)
Places like Tubi (and, probably, most digital platforms) simply omit the skits, playing only the intro & outro credits. The Winston ones are simply replaced with the Kellogg's ones.
I should probably also state that I don't condone smoking, but I also don't like when stuff is omitted. The DVD's present these with a "historical content" disclaimer, which I think is a much better idea.
