Solution:
1. Search for the App in the Play Store or via Chrome.
2. See if you're able to download the App from there.
3. If not, go to your computer and set up a VPN (USA) connection.
4. Connect to VPN then open a new browser or tab.
5. Login to the Play Store, search for the App, you should find it.
6. Click install, select your mobile device, add App to the account.
7. Go to the Play Store on your mobile device, show all Apps.
Your newly downloaded application(s) should be available in your account, you may click install to add them to your device.
