This is the Simond mountaineering down jacket. Simond is Decathlon's mountaineering brand with it's roots back to 1860. Located in Chamonix, their hiking gear is tested in the French Alps.
The comfort and quality of this winter jacket is superb. A size large weighs 515 grams with 200 grams of down. The down is 90% down and 10th feathers and is RDS certified.
It's a great fit and super warm. Personally, I think it's 10/10 value for money. It's a perfect piece of backpacking gear too as it comes with it's own stuff sack and packs down really small.

What is the thermal insulation level of this down jacket?
Duck down 90% down and 10% feather with a fill power of 800 Cuin (IDFB standard). Jacket’s assembly is partitioned, as is the hood. Pocket volume with jacket inside: 3.5 L (size L).
What does the RDS certification on this down jacket mean?
Products certified to the Responsible Down Standard contain down or feathers sourced from farms that meet strict animal welfare requirements.
What are the operating temperatures?
Our jackets are lab-tested in a climatic chamber to establish the temperature ratings. For moderate activity in 5 km/h wind, this jacket is suitable for temperatures down to -10°C/ -12°C.
