This is the start of a series of videos where I plan to answer the question, “Is it better to buy a certified used vehicle and make payments, or buy a used car outright and fix it up yourself?”.
My plan is to keep track of all the time and money I invest in our ‘control’ vehicle and compare that to purchasing a certified used vehicle of the same make and model. I plan to keep this vehicle so this experiment will go on as long as I own this vehicle. I will put all of these videos in a playlist to make them easy to keep track of.
Don’t forget to help me come up with a dollar amount for our labor time per hour in the comments.
