Well, according to me it is. One of you requested a more clear visual of my soldering setup. With this one setup, I can do it all. I can work on the tiniest necklace with a very small and sharp flame, or I can adjust my flame and use it to melt silver or gold. It works quite good on crème brûlée as well, just so you know.

This setup is affordable and much safer to work with than working with oxygen. What you might not no is that oxygen can cause flashbacks or violent flame reactions if there are leaks, contaminated hoses or improper torch handeling. These risks make oxygen-based soldering systems significantly more hazardous than systems that use air, such as this one.
