This week I've been feeling extremely grateful for the life I get to live - from the people, to the experiences I get to have, and the fact that this is my job. I used to think the material things I would get when getting to this point in my life would be an indicator of my success and therefore fulfill me, but I've been realizing lately that that is not the case. The best form of self care for me will always be the things I can do to nourish my soul - whether that be dancing around my apartment or making myself an amazing meal.
