For years, I've tried multiple knives, from luxurious ones with wood handle and replaceable stuffy blade, to rolling cutter. I've spent around 150€ in knives before I found the SDI 3006 precision knife.

The blades don't bend easily, can be sharpened or trimmed and a set of 10 blades lasts forever.
