There is one relationship advice podcast I’ve listened to more than any other (like, 10x more than any other) and that’s Multiamory.
I appreciate that they combine their understanding of relationship research and trainings PLUS their own personal experiences PLUS the experiences of their clients and community. Their podcast is chock full of relationship wisdom and really interesting interviews.
While the podcast started out focused on polyamory, over the years they’ve broadened their scope to focus on healthy practices for relationships of all types (one of the hosts has been in a monogamous relationship for years now).
That’s the thing: what it takes to have a thriving open or polyamorous relationship is also what it takes to have a thriving monogamous relationships. It’s just that it’s easier for monogamous folks to neglect that work because society is structured around keeping them together.
So, I was stoked when Dedeker, Emily, and Jase (the hosts of Multiamory) sent me an advance copy of their book to read and asked to come on my YouTube channel to talk about it. The book is SO GOOD.
