Here we have what is essentially a series of solo reels over the rest of this year's entries. This one in particular was meant to be out at the peak of Halloween. And yet here we are as this is set near Christmas. Better late than nothing.
The game itself is easily one of my favorite entries on the Super Nintendo library. It was a game that I never heard about when I was a kid. It was only until I was in my mid-20's that I heard about this game. Giving it a shot, it took a bit to get used to, but upon making progress I was invested with what it offered! The graphics were hauntingly gorgeous, the soundtrack was a breath of fresh air with that rockin' organ, and the sense of exploration, even small, was pretty rewarding! However, the game is really tough, and it takes a bit to get used to. Turns out I never knew about it because it flopped upon its release as the game shared a lot of disturbing demonic overtones. However, what most didn't realize was that this was a spin-off of Ghost n' Goblins where haunting creatures were the main theme. So don't let that bother you. It's a game I definitely recommend checking out, even if it requires a bit of patience.
That being said... we do stupid shit upon its gameplay! Have fun!
