I've spent the last 3 months testing out a huge selection of different note taking apps that work across all my devices, but particularly on my iPad.
We've got free/included apps, easy-to-start vs complex learning curve, and apps for visual thinking vs more data/oriented note-taking tools. Plus those that let you write/annotate vs type.
