Ingredients :

500g stingray/pagi
2 cups coconut milk
3 medium size turmeric
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium size red onion
4 red hot chili
3 green chili
2 stalks lemon grass
1/2 tbs sugar
1 tbs salt
Moringa/malunggay
1/4 tsp ground pepper
