This has got to be the BEST guitar warmup exercise I've seen in years! Your good buddy Uncle Ben Eller here formulated this one to be as TOTAL workout for both your arm hands, especially in these cold winter months where you get the chilly mitts every time you step out the door. It's great, and I'm gonna show you how to use it to improve your alternate & cross picking, sweep picking, and more! It's a winner, and so is you!
