16G Coffee, 250ml water just off boil, closed valve
0min - Put the filter and coffee in the switch, then fill with 250ml water.
2min 30s - Flip the switch to start draining
3min 30s - Drawdown should finish around here
Thats it, really.
FIVE POUR PERCOLATION POUR OVER
16G Coffee, 250ml water just off boil, open valve
0min - Bloom with 50ml water
1min - Pour 50ml in small circles
1min 20s - Pour 50ml in small circles
1min 40s - Pour 50ml in small circles
2min - Pour 50ml in small circles (250ml total)
3min - 3.5min - Drawdown finishes
HYBRID RECIPE
20g Coffee, 320ml water, closed valve
0min - 50ml bloom
0min 30s - Pour to 120ml total water
1min - Open valve, pour to 220ml total water
1min 45s - Pour to 320ml total water
3 - 3.5min - Drawdown finishes
