Noctua has done something special here. The cooling company famed for its brown and beige fans has stuck three of them on Asetek's high-performance Emma V2 platform for quieter operation. Furthermore, it's created a pump cover that keeps noise to a minimum through acoustic dampening and a tuned mass damper. Put it all together, and you get the best liquid cooler we've tested in recent memory.
