I know now that diverisfy can give you the 4th slot on necklaces and cloaks. Veriment Cloak will still have the best base stats making it the best Cloak still. Also I forgot to tell you where to get the Spectrum Nails. You get them at the lower end of Avoalet in "the Sunken Lands"
