The Best Cheese Steak is actually Carrots... and it's REALLY REALLY Good!! I've made vegan carrot meat in the past and it came out fantastic so I wanted to try it again after I got this new peeler that I thought would help add some texture. It really didn't matter much, but I still got a great vegan steak and cheese sandwich... but out of carrots!! And I can't wait to show you this cheese!
