3 1x4x8 boards @ $8 / board =$24
Total wood costs small unit: $88

Wood conditioner: $10
Polycrylic sealer $16 ( 1 to 2 cans )
Shelf pins: $10
Wood glue, brush, roller, 18 gauge nails ( 1 inch ),
