Benjamin’s English · engVid | The BEST books to read with your kids (ages 0–7) @engvidBenjamin | Uploaded July 2020 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
Looking for some great English books to read with your child? In this video I share 19 books that I recommend. Reading in English can be a bonding experience with your child: one that encourages imagination, curiosity, and a love of books. I’ve chosen a mix of classic and modern books. These are books that will be fun for the child AND the parent! If you are an English learner, this can also be a great way for you to practice your own reading skills. I’ve broken up my list by age groups: 0–2, 2–4, and 5–7. I’ve also included some questions you can ask your children to help get them thinking. I hope that this video will help make reading with your young child a habitual, fun, and educational experience.
