The Best Bacon Fritatta/Easy Recipe

This is a quick and easy recipe that can last for a few days and you can just pop it in the microwave for breakfast on the go. It is versatile and you can adjust it to how many you need to feed, add more eggs, meat, cheese, vegetables, and could even be dinner on those nights when you are pressed for time.

Ingredients:
Potatoes(frozen hashbrowns, country fries...etc)
Eggs (I used 8 eggs for a 10" cast iron skillet
Meat (your choice precooked)
Cheese(your choice)
