Swervedriver remixes the lead single from The Besnard Lakes' critically acclaimed 2025 album, The Besnard Lakes are the Ghost Nation, out now via Full Time Hobby.

"When I first heard Chemin de la Baie, The Cocteau Twins and Journey's 'Don't Stop Believing' came into my head", says Swerdriver's Adam Franklin about the inspiration behind his remix of the song. The Besnard Lakes' Jace Lasek said, "Adam is an extraordinary guitarist and songwriter. His melodic sensibilities and distinctive chord structures adorn every corner of this remix, adding a lush, atmospheric depth that only he can create. We are truly honoured to have him contribute to this release."
