Wu Tomoki is one of the final antagonists we see in the story of JoJolion, being a member of the Locacaca Research and Development Team at the TG University Hospital. His involvement in the story comes from Wu's own personal interest in the evolution of the Locacaca as medicine. And being the perfectionist that he is, Wu tirelessly works to hammer out all the imperfections of it's usage through living testing.
