With a little break available, today I start my stereo remixing and remaster of The Beatles fifth album, Help!; starting of course with the title track ''Help!''.
Stereo remixed and remastered from the best source that had the most available tracks to work with, the 5.1 Blu-Ray mix/multitracks, mixing each of the two vocal tracks to the sides of the stereo image, then two more tracks that make up the rhythm/basic track being mixed slightly to the left and right respectively, and finally, each of the two lead guitars tracks mixed left and right respectively.
The last second or two crossfades into the original stereo mix sourced from the 1962-1966 vinyl 2014 analog remaster to fully restore the ending, as the Blu-Ray mix interrumpts the ending with the sound of a film reel being stopped.
