Coming off the coattails of Batman: The Animated Series, the creators that worked on The Batman (2004) had mighty big shoes to fill at Warner Bros. / DC.. Did they manage to pull it off and create something entirely of their own in the Batman mythos? Or did their depiction of the Caped Crusader and his eligible bachelor persona fall flat? With both returning & new villains such as the Joker, Mr. Freeze, Killer Croc, Ragdoll, and more!) was Gotham’s protector significantly challenged this time around? ?
