The Batfish Boys were an English Gothic Rock/Garage Rock band from York and Leeds. The group was formed by vocalist Simon Detroit (The March Violets) and ex-Skeletal Family drummer Martin "Bomber" Pink. Influenced by The Stooges, The Cramps and The Gun Club. They were active between 1984 and 1990. Releasing three studio albums and several singles. They music blended Gothic Rock with Garage Rock, Swamp Rock and Grebo.
